Zumba fitness is one of the most effective calorie-burning workouts, and you'll have a ton of fun while doing it. It is designed in a way to suit all levels. You can do the class at your own pace. We work with the best instructors, so you can rest assured that you will get the best workout and will have the most fun you have ever had while exercising.  

You can attend as many classes as you want during the 12 weeks program (9 September - 30 November).

There are no limitations, you can come once a week, or five-six times a week, the choice is completely yours.

(We recommend that you attend at least two classes a week).

No, they will not be. This program starts on 9th September and ends on 30th November. Ideally, you attend classes regularly every week – it is essential if you want to see results. Following your meal-planner is also crucial. We cannot accommodate the missed weeks in another term that we will have in the future. Your Zumba-pass will expire on 30th November.

There are no limitations at all! To achieve the desired results, we recommend attending 2-3 classes a week, but 4-5 classes a week are even better! It is entirely up to you – you can visit any class, any time.

The couple behind Dance and Health.

Lily & Viktor Madarasz. People call them the "power-couple."

They are husband and wife who are passionate about healthy living and want to share their knowledge with people. They want to see people thriving, being healthy, fit and full of energy, who feel great about themselves and their body.

Lily & Viktor Madarasz. People call them the "power-couple."

They are husband and wife who are passionate about healthy living and want to share their knowledge with people. They want to see people thriving, being healthy, fit and full of energy, who feel great about themselves and their body.

Lily has always been struggling with her weight since early childhood. She was bullied as a teenager, and that's when her long-lasting yo-yo dieting journey started. It continued up until her twenties when she decided to stop following unhealthy weight-loss plans. She felt that losing weight should be sustainable, and in the end, people should feel and look great, be 100% healthy and full of energy. That's when she decided to train as an aerobics instructor, and later as a nutritionist. She has also become a licenced Zumba instructor.
